We’ll start with a full assessment where we’ll discuss your goals and explore your relationship with food and fitness. We’ll also review your medical history, labs, current eating behaviors, and more.

45-minute Follow-up Sessions

We’ll meet one or two times per month to discuss your wins and any struggles you might be having. Between each session there will be a topic of focus, interactive exercises, and handouts to support you between visits.

Unlimited Support Between Sessions

As long as we are working together you’ll have support and guidance including unlimited messaging/email access for any questions or concerns that come up in between our sessions.

I will also provide recipes that are simple and easy to prepare to help you with meeting your nutrition and health goals, weekly food log review with feedback, as well as my personal commitment to your health and success. All programs and communication will be conducted via a secure online portal.
